Job Title: Data Protection Officer

As a Data Protection Officer you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the organisation's compliance with data protection regulations and fostering a culture of privacy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess, implement, and manage data protection measures and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all data protection and privacy-related matters within the organization.

• Monitor compliance with data protection regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant laws.

• Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and risk assessments to identify and mitigate data protection risks.

• Develop, implement, and maintain data protection policies, procedures, and guidelines.

• Handle data subject requests, such as access requests and data erasure requests.

• Liaise with regulatory authorities and act as the organization's representative for privacy matters.

• Lead incident response efforts in the event of data breaches or privacy incidents.
