Job Title: Data Quality Manager
Salary: £40,000-£45,000 per annum
Location: West Midlands
Role Type: Hybrid – 2 days a week on-site

Are you a fantastic Data Quality Manager looking to join an industry leading travel organisation in the West Midlands?

This company are in a huge growth phase and investing heavily in their Data, Technology and Analytics departments as they continue to gain further market share.

In this role you will:

Collaborate with the Insight team to create and deploy robust data sources by combining diverse data into usable views and models.
Develop and maintain key metric business logic, KPIs, and OKRs.
Establish a unified "truth" approach throughout the organization.
Document data structures and logic while automating data processes for efficiency.
Build cross-functional data dictionaries and connections knowledge.
Integrate external data sources, provide automated extracts, and ensure GDPR compliance.
Consult on IT changes affecting data quality, working closely with Data Protection and Governance teams.
 
⚗ Skills Required ⚗
 
⭐ Strong SQL coding skills.
⭐ Familiarity with data warehousing techniques.
⭐ Proficient in building Data Views, Marts, and Models.
⭐ Able to manage multiple work streams and convey priorities to stakeholders.
⭐ Skilled in ETL processes.
⭐ Proficiency in tools like SSRS, PowerApps, RStudio, Excel, Power Query, Power BI.
⭐ Innovative problem-solving aptitude for data-related challenges.
⭐ Extensive experience in integrating diverse data sources.
⭐ Knowledge of data cleansing methodologies.
