They are looking for a Development Team Lead to navigate their plans for the future and support their aims which are 50% growth by 2023. This role has been made available due to the agency's major growth plans and the willingness of directors to delegate the responsibilites of running the development team to an individual who is up for the challenge. If you have extensive experience with PHP, Wordpress and are keen to mentor junior developers then this role is perfect.

The Digital Content Agency has clients who are recognised in every UK household and are proud to work with such high profile names. There is a requirment of working within the office 2 days per week to be able to build relationships with fellow developers and increase efficiency through better understanding of tasks.
