My client is on the lookout for a Digital Acquisition Manager who can propel their acquisition strategy to new heights.

Here's what's in store for you:

As the Digital Acquisition Manager, you will be the captain of their digital marketing ship, reporting to the Deputy Marketing Director. The head offices are in the vibrant city of Manchester, where you will be managing a small team of 3 digital execs (Social, Email and SEO), and you'll steer the ship to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dive deep into the world of digital marketing, taking the reins of their paid channel strategies, including PPC and Paid Social. It's your budget, your campaigns, and your success story.

  • Lead the charge in their day-to-day campaign management, ensuring to stay on course with budgets and targets.

  • Harness the power of CRM, creating a personalised and engaging experience for their members and non-members, all while driving revenue.

  • Collaborate with our SEO executive to drive organic traffic and ensure their website remains relevant to our audience.

  • Keep a watchful eye on website performance, identifying opportunities to enhance conversion rates.

  • Become the mastermind behind innovative growth strategies that will propel the companies’ memberships to new heights.

  • Build robust relationships with internal teams to support YOUR plans, creating a united front.

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and agencies.

  • Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, constantly assessing them against goals, especially in terms of CPA.

Key skills and Experience:

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Proficiency in various Digital Acquisition tactics, including PPC, SEO, Social Media, CRM, and Affiliates.

  • Proven experience with marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics.

  • Track record of delivering remarkable growth.

  • Possess a degree or relevant digital marketing experience.

  • Previous experience in line management (Desirable).
