The business offer hybrid working, and you can be based from Manchester or Milton Keynes - there will be occassional travel involved.

 

The Analytics team is growing, and they are recruiting a Digital Analyst to join the team. This is by no means your standard “digital analyst” role, it’s an incredibly interesting unique opportunity for someone looking to tackle new challenges in an innovative environment.

The Digital Analyst will support business insight and franchisee understanding by leveraging the range of data sources we have available to improve our decisions.

We want to understand more about our franchisee performance and how customers use our website and apps to improve our franchisee performance. You will use your analytical abilities to provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to optimise our franchisee and store performance with a customer centric lens.

On the technical side, you will be working with a wide variety of technologies (e.g. Google Analytics, Big Query, Tableau, SQL, Python, R), data sets, and techniques to get to actionable insights.

Main areas of responsibility

  • Analyse the franchisee and store performance across both web and app
  • Identify differences in customer behaviour across the multiple franchisees
  • Understand the different deals and promotions that the franchisees have and how they impact overall store/site performance
  • Identify opportunities for improvement through data analysis, and champion the usage of data to derive insights and drive action across the business and franchisees.
  • Pinpoint user journey challenges at franchisee-level and store level Gather insights on pinch points in the customer journey to inform and aid prioritisation of the A/B and multivariate testing roadmap
  • Recognize and prioritise opportunities which will provide the largest return through actionable insights
  • Devise methodologies that will allow us to evaluate the impact on the different business KPIs so we focus our effort on the right things
  • Automate reporting processes and dashboards for both internal and franchisee use
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure analytical insights are at the heart of company and franchisee decisions

Accountability

  • Lead franchisee web analysis and insight across Domino’s digital platforms
  • Identify opportunities to improve franchisee performance and sales efficiency by utilising various data points including analytics, operations and financial data, along with customer feedback and wider market data.
  • Own the digital franchisee reporting informing franchisees of store performance and deal effectiveness
  • Ability to work without close supervision using judgement to resolve queries with innovation where appropriate, knowing when escalation is required
  • Work closely with cross-functional senior stakeholders, providing information and follow up of actions to educate and inform and ultimately improve the customer experience.

Knowledge, Skills, Ability & Experience

  • Extensive Digital Analytics experience – B2C and retail are of particular interest!
  • Very strong Google Analytics skills
  • Very strong SQL skills, able to handle complex data structures from multiple sources (Big Query, MS Azure & MS SQL Server conventional DBs) and different areas (digital, transactional, marketing…)
  • Good understanding of customer analytics (churn, lifetime value, segmentation…)
  • Experience building dashboards or self-serve tools (Tableau/PowerBI)
  • Knowledge of statistical methods to create models and analyse large dataset (R, Python)
  • Advanced level experience with Excel
  • Able to manage many tasks simultaneously prioritising impending deliveries
