Digital Analytics Manager – Remote

Forward Role are working with an extremely reputable financial services business, who are known for their incredible customer service and dedication to their customers. As a Digital Analytics Manager, you will specialise in insight, tagging or optimisation.

-        Managing the digital tagging environment in order to collect accurate and relevant data to measure user behaviour and digital performance

-        Analysis of web site performance, delivering insight to stakeholders supporting key decision making and riving effective change

-        Analysing the customer journey and identifying testing opportunities

Role & responsibilities:

  • Measurement and analysis of website performance, identifying problem areas and testing opportunities to improve customer journey and optimisation
  • Manage all analytics input in to the testing roadmap and projects, deliver digital reporting and insight to the wider business
  • Develop automated reporting suites and eye catching dashboards, ensuring suitability for relevant stakeholders
  • Support stakeholders with informed decision making through insight and analysis, influencing and bringing new innovative ideas and recommendations to them
  • Monitor and measure tests – evaluating results – looking at conversion lifts, commercial impact and customer insight
  • Ensure a high standard of data integrity through accurate and relevant tagging and tracking

What you need:

  • Extensive experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
  • User journey analysis experience
  • Experience working with data visualisation and reporting tools, e.g. Tableau
  • Experience working with multi-channel digital data
  • Building relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to break down complex data in to digestible information
  • Tag management knowledge
