Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Campaign Management: Develop and implement captivating digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as email, social media, SEM, SEO, and content marketing. Analyse campaign performance and optimise strategies to maximize ROI.
- Content Creation and Management: Craft compelling and persuasive content for digital platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice. Engage with the online community and respond to user-generated content.
- Social Media Management: Drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through innovative social media strategies. Manage social media accounts, create and schedule content, and monitor community interactions.
- Website Management and Optimisation: Oversee website performance and user experience. Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement updates, improve SEO, and enhance the user journey.
- Email Marketing: Plan and execute targeted email campaigns, optimising for engagement and conversion rates while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track, measure, and report on key digital marketing metrics. Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to enhance campaign performance and drive marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or technology-focused environment.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in various digital marketing channels and platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Experience with website management, CMS platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, working independently and collaboratively.
