They are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and own their digital strategy taking their brand to the next level. With a strong background in SEO, analytics, and CMS management, you'll be the driving force behind our digital marketing efforts.

As Senior Marketing Manager you will…

Ownership of all areas of digital marketing campaigns and strategy (web, email, search, social, online advertising, mobile, video, digital CRM integration).
Driving the setting of the requirements of digital enhancements to the website at different stages of the digital journey to achieve lead generation and retention.
Content delivery and optimisation.
Identifying integrated digital marketing techniques to drive web traffic and increase online conversion.
Applying on-page SEO techniques and strategy.
Using Google Analytics and SEMrush to develop KPI reports. Communicating this performance to the wider business.
Optimisation of online user experience.
Conduct research and competitor analysis to support innovation and growth.
Assisting where required with event planning and coordination (exhibitions and open days).
Assisting with digital content requirements (video editing, whitepapers/ eBooks, digital comms).

You will need…

An owner, who can stamp their authority on the role and be the driving force for change
Thorough understanding of SEO (implementation and reporting)
Digital campaign/ content distribution strategy
Experience with Google Analytics
Experience with paid search campaigns
Experience in content management in WordPress
Analytical and reporting skills, with a high level of attention to detail
B2C experience - desirable
