Digital Operations Coordinator
One of the UK’s most established luxury department store chains is seeking a digital operations coordinator to provide a unique and tailored service. Using your passion for what you do, you’ll work confidently with wider teams, Concession and 3rd party supplies to deliver exceptional service. This company is renowned for their revolutionary understanding of the theatre of retail, so this is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and dynamic individual to thrive in an extraordinary workplace.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Day to day support for the operational maintenance of the online concession and direct suppliers online
General web quality assurance and performance
Providing operation support on key campaigns around the year
Helping with the planning, testing and implementation of platform releases and upgrades
Maintain web data integrity
Relationship building with key stakeholders: Development, Design, Marketing, Business and Merchandising teams
The ideal candidate should:
Have a minimum of 2 years Ecommerce experience
Have an understanding of HTML, CSS and SQL
Have some exposure to data integration across distributed systems
Be a strong team player
Be highly organised with multitasking skills
Have a strong commercial awareness
