A global education provider are expanding their marketing team with this brand new role! They are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Executive to assist the Email Manager with the implementation of the strategy. You will work across both B2C and B2B campaigns end to end and also develop automated workflows, testing plans and data selections. They have a great culture and strong benefit package!

Responsibilities:

  • Write copy for B2C and B2B email campaigns taking into consideration audience,  brand tone of voice and brand guidelines
  • Utilise dynamic content in email campaigns where necessary to deliver a personalised experience to the recipient
  • Collaborate with Design Team to deliver assets for utilisation within email templates and campaigns
  • Create campaign tracking for each email delivery to ensure performance can be monitored and reported on
  • Ensure the email schedule is kept up to date with all required information for stakeholders to view delivered and upcoming scheduled campaigns
  • Generate data selection requests for Insights Team to maximise audience and ensure relevancy for each email campaign
  • Work closely with Insights Team to understand the database to ensure selections will meet desired objective of each campaign
  • Ensure segmentation is implemented to monitor performance and recommend best ways to reach and deliver engagement for each segment
  • Ensure all email campaigns comply the latest GDPR regulations
  • Deliver the testing plan created by the Email Marketing Manager via the Email Marketing platform which will include but is not limited to A/B testing, MVT testing etc.
  • Work with Insights Team to analyse tests and make recommendations for optimisations or changes back to Email Marketing Manager
  • Work closely with the Email Marketing Manager to support the successful delivery of the Email Marketing strategy
  • Work closely with the Design team to deliver creative and assets for the Email platform and campaigns
  • Work closely with the Content Marketing and Strategic Marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and consistent messaging is achieved throughout email campaign & that the campaigns are fully integrated across all channels
