Engineering Manager – Dynamics365

Working alongside this business is an absolute pleasure.  They are in the process of delivering a full technology modernisation programme to support the long term business strategy for growth.  They are now looking to build a greenfield Dynamics 365 Engineering team to work on the customisation and configuration of the platform.  This is an opportunity for you to build a team, best practice, frameworks and guidelines from scratch.  You’ll bring a wealth of software development experience, and software team leadership skills to a mature development function (30+ in wider team).  You’ll have developed applications that are enterprise in scale (over 4000 users of Dynamics here) and be capable of interfacing with stakeholders of all levels.  You’ll have a deep understanding of Dynamics365 and ideally have experience of .Net and wider power platform tools.  The environment is one of growth and innovation, and you’ll be a technologist who embraces change and innovation.  Solid exposure of mature, product focused, agile environments is essential too.

The role is a UK based remote opportunity and is paying between £85,000-100,000.
