Events Marketing Manager

£45,000 - £50,000 + bonus


Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office + flexi hours

Forward Role are currently partnered with a charity who truly make a difference to children’s lives every day. They are looking for an Events Marketing Manager to drive forward revenue and donations through their events marketing strategy and ensuring the initiatives aligned with their brand message.

About the role…

  • Head up key events for the charity including strategic planning, engagement across diverse audiences and utilisation of channels including social media, CRM and paid advertising.

  • Lead marketing activity for events including international balls.

  • Collaborate with the Events Management Team to conceptualize and execute creative themes.

  • Maintain a prominent presence at events ensuring media coverage, engagement from sponsors.

  • Oversee post-event Marketing, ensuring CRM and content activity in collaboration with the CRM manager.

  • Develop comprehensive Marketing campaigns, encompassing design, social media, CRM, and Email, driving KPIs of awareness and attendance.

  • Collaborate with design teams to manage the visual identity of the Balls and events, maintaining alignment with the Brand's look and feel.

  • Foster seamless collaboration with the Events team, ensuring high engagement and adherence to brand guidelines.

  • Manage stakeholder expectations for the events & balls and work in collaboration with the Marketing Director.

  • You will have 5+ years’ experience in marketing including some events background.

  • An interest in working for a not for profit organisation that is about truly making a difference.

  • You will have strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills.

  • You will thrive in an autonomous environment with a creative flair for strategy and campaigns.

  • Ability to deliver impactful marketing campaigns without relying on substantial budgets.
