Forward Role are working with a premium sportswear brand based in the city centre on the lookout for a German speaking E-commerce Executive. The brand has been consistently producing high-quality clothing and accessories for athletes and sporting organizations around the world. They are in a period of rapid growth mode collaborating with new iconic brands & are looking for a sparky Exec to manage the sites of their German partners. Responsibilities

• Monitor & analyse daily sales and profit alongside a longer-term plan for growth and profitability
• Optimising listings with accurate product information, images, pricing to increase sales and maximise revenue
• Use GA to monitor and report on metrics
• Plan and build promotional mechanics and materials to excite new and existing customers
• Maintain & review sorting rules by category to optimise sales & conversion, aligning to trading conditions to push certain products
• Improve and maintain category appearance and usability to track performance
• Work closely with the wider internal teams to optimize the site
• Play a key role in the Trading Calendar throughout the year
• Competitor analysis – monitor and report on competitor activity
• Weekly and monthly e-com analytics and reporting to ensure the core KPIs are visible to the business:  Traffic, Conversion, Average Order Value, and Return on Advertising Spend etc.
• Know the brand ethos & values and translate this on site to ensure core values are visible
• Provide additional support to the e-commerce team as necessary.

About you

• Previous E-commerce experience
• Fluent German speaking
• Ownership of agreed KPIs
• Good commercial acumen and decision making
• Must possess the confidence and maturity to manage numerous stakeholders with different priorities and opinions
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ideally have an interest in sport
