Key Skills:

CMS / UX – Sitecore

• Master the digital realm to amplify the brands global presence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional squads and external partners for visionary website development.
• Fine-tune website performance, decode user behaviour, and elevate engagement.
• Fuel their digital ecosystem with captivating content through CMS and social media.
• Spearhead worldwide digital communications, including SEO, PPC, and global re-marketing ads.

CRM – MS Dynamics

• Become the CRM maestro within the marketing team.
• Craft and execute strategies to captivate and retain customers at every touch point.
• Ensure a seamless, consistent digital customer journey.
• Elevate customer satisfaction 

Will you be the next Digital Lead driving the force behind this global business, and shaping their digital marketing strategies in collaboration with their teams across the America, Asia, and Europe?

Day to Day Tasks:

• Internal training for the Marketing Team.
• Devise and implement a holistic content strategy for both online and offline glory.
• Own the brands content creation, orchestrating global email and social media masterpieces.
• Personalise marketing communications for targeted impact.
• Craft an intuitive user experience, optimising website and digital assets.
• Conduct A/B testing to continuously enhance UX and boost conversion rates.
• Manage daily CMS tickets and upgrades with the web development agency.
• Analyse data, maintain databases, and produce reports. 
• Supercharge social media performance, including SEO, PPC, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Budget coordination. 
• Steakholder Management. 
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing, taking on new and exciting challenges.

Do you have a track record of leading and managing websites, SEO/SEM, CRM, social media, analytic tools, and display advertising campaigns?
