Well established, but having grown rapidly during the pandemic, they are looking to recruit a Global Marketing Executive to contribute significantly during their next ambitious growth phase.

You’ll be tasked with implementing annual marketing strategies to drive client acquisition and retention across the EMEA, North America and the wider global markets.

Your Remit:

  • Responsible for the development, operations, and optimization of the direct marketing communications and digital marketing platforms of the company to comply with business requirements and to support the execution of business marketing strategies.
  • Develop the B2B marketing road map to guide and deliver continuous improvement and development projects.
  • Working with sales team and other key stakeholders, identify the priority audiences in key markets, particularly US, UK and other European markets
  • Manage ongoing development of the corporate website and other platforms in cooperation with related stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns in cooperation with channel marketing utilising different available technologies (working closely with external marketing consultants)
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Manage marketing copy, content creation and implementation by the team
  • Manage the timely and efficient delivery of marketing projects assigned.
  • Foster culture of continuous improvement in the team by utilising data, research insights and feedback to identify opportunities for innovation

Your background:

  • Degree / higher education qualification in Marketing or Communications or similar fields
  • Good people skills and team leadership capability
  • Excellent copywriting skills and content creation experience
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly effective planning, organisational and personal time management skills
  • Curiosity for the latest trends and best practices in marketing and measurement
  • Previous experience of running and developing successful digital marketing through websites and other digital channels
