HCM Solution Architect – Remote - £80k

Job Description

The HCM Solutions Architect will be a vital part of the Professional Services team, who operate across tech and systems to provide customers with solutions. As HCM Solution Architect, in the Professional Services team, they will have the opportunity to develop their skillset to include the revolutionary cloud ERP offerings designed by my client. The HCM Solutions Architect is very senior, and important, they will have freedom to get involved in product enhancement and customer liaison – pre and post sales.

The HCM Solutions Architect will need to be a cultural ambassador, in line with the company’s values, and lead by example in addition to mentoring and supporting team members with their development.

The HCM Solutions Architect will be able to improve and upkeep senior stakeholder relationships.

Some travel will be required as and when customers request it.

Duties

• Sales engagements
• Customer onboarding
• Post go-live customer engagements
• Product enhancements and new technologies

Required Skills

• Experience of managing and delivering large scale ERP software application projects of significance.
• Experience of working with ITIL or similar frameworks.
• Experience of any tier 2 ERP software.

Advantageous Skills

• TOGAF qualification
• Bachelors’ degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
