Head of Client Services

Lancashire- Hybrid working, £60k

This is a really key position within the agency that will focus on the growth of client opportunities and accounts, as well as ensuring the smooth running of the whole client services team. This performance marketing agency are looking to make a strategic hire and bring someone on board with a proven ability to lead a team, lead clients and commercially drive forward agency growth!

This Head of Client Services position offers a real opportunity to have ownership and input across an agency team of 20. A really great bunch of people who are no nonsense, down to earth and love a good social together! You’ll have the remit of nurturing a close-knit client services team whilst working alongside the SLT at a real stage of growth for the agency.

They cover SEO, Paid Media and CRO more specifically for an impressive client base including home, garden and interiors-  so strong digital experience is a given with the ability to lead clients digital roadmap and forge strong relationships.

You’ll be overseeing a team of 4 in account handling, mentoring and developing the team and ensuring processes are followed both effectively and efficiently.

They are ideally looking for 3- 4 days in the office (but with lots of flexibility around this, as we all have other commitments to fit around work) so if you're not one to commute into the city centre and live in North Manchester- then this could be ideal. The team genuinely all like working together in the office and this is testament to the culture that they have built up across the business.

Experience needed:

  • Agency experience in a client facing role
  • Proven team management experience
  • Confident with pitching and presenting
  • Solid digital experience across paid media, SEO, CRO etc
  • Ability to lead and coach a team
  • Commercially driven
