Head of CRM - hybrid

This role is with a large well known retailer with over 10,000 stores nationwide and 2 successful ecommerce brands are looking for a motivated Senior CRM Manager to head up the CRM team, managing a team of 3, within the wider team of 9 in Digital Marketing, as well as push forward the loyalty and retention strategy for the 2 brands.

This is a 12 month FTC.

Hybrid working – once a week in Yorkshire.

£55-70k depending on experience, plus benefits.

About the role:

  • You will create and deliver the CRM strategy across 2 brands for the business.
  • The team will look after the tactical/trading CRM and you will lead on loyalty and retention. Focussing on the app – getting customers to come back and purchase, reducing ambandoned basket through push notifcations.
  • Working with external supplier to look at data insights to truly understand the online and omni-channel customers. Turn these insights into opportunities, having customer in mind at all times.
  • Work on projects such as research into and integration of a new CRM system to tie in all areas of the business.
  • CRM/Retention budget holder.
  • Lead a team of 3 competent CRM Managers, coaching/mentoring where needed.

About you:

  • Solid background in CRM, loyalty and retention at a senior strategic level.
  • Experience within ecommerce including app.
  • Ability and willing to be hands on as well as strategic.
  • Previous team management experience.
  • Customer focussed, commercially aware, data driven.
  • Experience sourcing and integrating new CRM tools.
