Head of Digital Analytics

A retail powerhouse, home to a number of well-loved brands, are looking for a Head of Digital Analytics. This is a brand new roles for the business and are seeking an ambitious , digital leader to super charge the function and take them to the next level in their digital innovation journey.

This is a unique senior position, for a commercially minded Digital Analytics enthusiast who is a keen problem solver and up for a challenge. With continuous investment in to the digital function to drive innovative digital capabilities. You will be responsible for building and shaping the analytics function, and with access to the top tech, the team will be delivering robust insights to boost growth.

You will be delivering best in class data and analytics capabilities, building the digital analytics strategy across digital marketing CRM, Optimisation, Trading and Product, managing roadmaps, developing a robust reporting framework and supporting the team in turning complex data in to actionable insights.

The ideal candidate:

  • Exceptional analytics leader with ability to build teams
  • Excellent understanding of the digital spectrum and proven evidence of adding value
  • Working collaboratively with a variety of senior stakeholders
  • Strong influencer, driving decision through data and insight
  • Exceptional digital analytics skills, with good understanding with an array of tools/tech
