Role Overview:

As the Head of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital strategies that elevate the companies brand presence, drive customer engagement, and deliver tangible business results. Your expertise will guide a talented team and digital agency support across various digital marketing disciplines, and your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the company's digital roadmap. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining office-based work in Manchester with remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities of the Head of Digital Marketing:

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with overarching business objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including Performance Marketing, Paid Search (PPC, Display, Programmatic and Paid Social), SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media and Email marketing.
  • Manage and optimise performance marketing initiatives to maximize ROI and drive customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand messaging and customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Analyse data and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a senior digital marketing role, with a track record of successfully driving performance marketing and paid search strategies, along with other digital initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, techniques, and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team across digital marketing disciplines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Innovative thinker who can develop creative solutions to complex challenges
