A pure-play retailer, in the middle of an exciting journey, is looking for an experienced Head of Marketplaces to manage a team of 3 and grow the marketplace offering across Amazon, Wayfair, eBay and Mano Mano. This business is super ambitious so you will have the freedom to open the doors with new partners and expand the remit.

You will own the strategy and drive sales to ensure growth targets are met and exceeded. You will also have the ability to review processes, working collaboratively across the business to ensure the ways of working are streamlined and automated. You will also manage the trading and promotional calendar, maximising opportunities on key dates such as Prime Day and Black Friday.

About you:

• Driven, motivated, with a desire to develop, create value and growth
• Possess extensive experience managing and growing Marketplace channels, especially Amazon
• Have a strong understanding of advertising functionality across various Marketplaces
• Have great communication and stakeholder management skills (both internal and external)
• Have management experience and a strong desire to lead and develop a team
• Be able to identify growth opportunities and strong desire to pursue them
• Highly numerate and analytical and commercially orientate
