This impressive performance marketing agency are looking to make a strategic hire and bring a Head of Operations on board with a proven ability to handle capacity planning, track business performance and drive forward the agencies overall output and product. Your role will be to further develop the agency’s business plan and execute this to improve both operational efficiency and productivity.

As Head of Operations you will be focused on ensuring the agency is running efficiently and performing effectively through getting the very best out of the teams!
