Head of Product Design – Hybrid (Liverpool) - £80k

A market leading Financial Services company are looking for a head of Product Design to join a newly established team, as they continue to push forward on an exciting period of growth and digital transformation with their innovative, industry-first products.

Embarking on a digital transformation with heavy investment and strong sponsorship from the CEO and COO this is an exciting time to join a growing business, developing and investing behind a new digital team so why not be a part of it!

You’ll lead and shape the customer experience across all of the products, designing & enhancing the user journeys and wider service design. Being the first designer in the team you’ll be playing a key vital part in product discovery, you’ll be the owner of all UX design for the digital team and help to grow out an in-house design team.

Ideal Skills / Experience

• 5 years of experience as an UX/Product Designer (regulated industries desirable).
• Experience in managing design agencies and designers.
• Full lifecycle using design tools such as wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and customer journey maps.
• Previous experience designing completely new experiences and end-to-end features
• Passionate about Design and UX.
