Are you an experienced Head of Software Delivery looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for leading and coaching technical and multi-functional software delivery teams? If so, I think I have the perfect opportunity for you!

As the future Head of Software Delivery, you will be responsible for delivering all bespoke software systems and integrations in a modern, fast-paced, and collaborative team. Reporting to the CTO, you will be part of the Technical Delivery function and work closely with the Head of Software Development to deliver agile software projects as part of a wider digital transportation change programme.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience architecting and developing sophisticated enterprise capable software products deployed in a variety of environments, particularly in Azure microservice environments.

As a proactive and organized individual, you will be able to self-manage within an ever-changing, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. You will also have the ability to identify and react to training and team needs and shortfalls, ensuring that your team is engaged and motivated.

You must have strong effective people management skills, engaging remote teams to encourage a trusted and high performing environment, underpinned by a positive culture. You will also have experience with Azure Dev Ops, GIT and CI/CD, Docker containerized and SOLID principles.
