Interim Senior Marketing Manager

Introduction:

I’m looking for a commercially led Interim Senior Marketing Manager for a rolling contract with a leading and instantly recognisable professional services brand. This is initially a 3-6 month project but could easily extend or possibly go permanent.

You will need experience in professional services with recruitment marketing a preference but not essential. You must be comfortable managing teams, driving digital strategy, campaign management, lead generation and direct marketing.

Whilst this role is remote working you must live in the North West or able to commute into it daily eventually.

Role Requirements:

Understanding of customer segmentation and personas
Build on brand messaging to crate content for products and services, setting them apart from the competition
Supper sales tools/messaging and channels to support the sales process
Work with various internal teams to support on marketing activities
Plan and implement marketing campaigns for services and products as well as driving reviews of each campaign to improve future performance
Obtain insights into customers usage of current products, untapped opportunities and customer personas through interviews, surveys and focus groups
Drive content creation across the team

Experience required:

Proven experience in a commercial marketing role is essential
Marketing in professional services is key with recruitment experience particularly of interest
Understand of customer segmentation
Able to pick up quickly and form effective relationships across the business
Optimizing content for search engines and key customer groups
Experience implementing and measuring marketing and digital strategy
Evaluating and editing websites and social videos
Whilst this role is initially remote there will eventually be travel in and out of the office so you must be able to commute across the North West
Driving would be useful but non-essential.

Salary:

£55,000 to £60,000 or equivalent day rate
