Internal Communications Manager

£40,000 - £50,000

North Manchester

Hybrid – 3 days in office per week

Forward Role have exclusively partnered with a leading healthcare company focused on improving the wellbeing of individuals. They are currently looking for an Internal Communications Manager to join their growing Marketing Team. In this new role, you will be at the forefront of their internal communications efforts, enhancing employee engagement and contributing to positive work culture.

About the role…

• Plan and develop effective internal communications strategy and annual marketing plans for internal audiences and corporate initiatives.

• Partner with people, learning, development and recruitment teams to support their initiatives through new campaigns.

• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to plan creative and impactful internal communications.

• Identify opportunities for new campaigns and optimise marketing channel activity.

• Oversee the internal intranet and portal initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with social media policies.

• Act as a gatekeeper for internal communications activities supporting on internal events, webinars, live casts and more.

• Consistently improve content to boost engagement.
