A market leading retailer, who is a house hold name across the UK are looking for a Technical (IT) Project Manager to join their growing team!

The business success has been built on outstanding efficiency – and that starts with the Project Management team.
Within the role you will connecting the rest of the business with the tech team, working on a real variety of projects including website development, infrastructure, technology integration, major transformation and so much more!

The role is fast paced and would suit a personable, friendly and ambitious Project Manager who is keen to take the next step in their career.

  • Communicate to all the different people invested in the project, both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
  • Make sure the project scope is continuously understood by everyone involved
  • If any changes are proposed, make sure they’re in line with the project parameters - e.g. scope, budget, schedules
  • Identify any steps needed to implement service transition and handover into a ‘business-as-usual programme’
  • Previous experience working as a Project Manager, managing software developers
  • Knowledge of both Agile & Waterfall methodologies
  • Confidence to juggle a wide range of projects at any given time
  • The ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Solid risk and issue management experience, governance planning, and finance/cost control
