IT Service Desk Analyst - Leeds (Hybrid) - £35K

Within the role you will working closely with customers, managing expectations and ensuring that they’re kept up to date and agreed SLAs, with the main focus of your role being to build relationships with customers and colleagues, and working within a team to provide a great service to all customers.

On the more technical side of the role, you will be ensuring that incidents and service requests are logged, progressed and resolved according to agreed standards and procedures as well as making sure incidents or service requests are clearly documented in the ITSM too
