Junior Digital Product Owner

Hybrid Working – Trafford Park / UP to 40k Salary  

We are working with house hold name in fashion and retail. This client is looking to expand their highly successful product team with a junior digital product owner. As a PO you will work closely with multiple departments in the business such as technical team, designers and marketing.

Key responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Collaborate with senior product owners and stakeholders to understand the overall product strategy and contribute to the development of product roadmaps.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders and end-users to gather and document product requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of user needs.
  • Prioritization: Assist in prioritizing features and user stories based on business value, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Product Backlog Management: Maintain and manage the product backlog, keeping it up to date with detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and estimated effort.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with design, development, and QA teams to ensure the successful delivery of product features, providing clear guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle.

What do we need from you?

  • Experience working within a retail/e-commerce environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of Digital Infrastructure and how they integrate, for example, Magneto, Google Analytics Suite, (GTM / GA), CMS, CRM
  • Experience within stakeholder management. The successful candidate will have a good ability to communicate with senior members of the business, negotiate and drive company values.
  • Have proven experience working on customer journeys
