Working on behalf of a niche service provider with a customer base well in the hundreds and thousands I am looking for a Lead Designer equipped with the skills to drive the businesses creative offering forward, providing nothing but the best to their wide customer base.

Tasked with running the in-house creative team, you will be working closely across the Marketing, Digital and Developments teams to produce eye-catching, creative work for a wide range of digital marketing campaigns.

Working alongside the front-end development team you will take ownership of the companies design elements implementing UX strategy for the delivery of websites for new product launches; starting with the initial competitive/industry research to wireframing, prototyping through to completion.

You will be comfortable in building relationships, sharing knowledge and motivating a team to deliver high-quality work, to strict deadlines.

I am looking for someone with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar, digitally focused role. The ability to interpret briefs, creating high quality design work across mobile, desktop and tablet. As well as proven experience with interactive design, with a portfolio which includes UX/UI elements.
