Are you a QA/Lead QA looking for a new position working for a leading national retailer?

The client, a leading home shopping company with over 50 years’ experience are looking for Lead QA or a QA looking to take the next step in their career.

Job Title: Lead QA
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
Location: Must be based in the North West.
Role Type: Hybrid – 2-3 days per month to site.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product owners, to understand project requirements and define comprehensive test plans.
Conduct manual and automated testing across our digital platforms to identify defects, functionality gaps, and areas for improvement.
Execute test cases and document results, ensuring thorough coverage and adherence to quality standards.
Identify and report bugs, issues, and usability concerns via an established issue tracking system, working closely with developers for resolution.
Perform regression testing to ensure fixes don't introduce new issues and that existing functionalities remain intact.
Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and QA methodologies for process improvement.
Participate in project meetings, offering quality-related input and working towards on-time, within-scope project delivery.
Assist in developing and maintaining test environments, data, and tools for efficient testing processes.

Must have e-commerce experience
Experience with app-testing
