Working with a cutting edge Tech Stack, the business are focussing on maintaining and upscaling their customer focussed commercial performances throughout a proactive and data driven culture. There is real opportunity for development and training, plus internal promotion within this newly created role.

Within the customer experience team, you will analyse data from various streams and will be passionate about championing the voice of the customer, by delivering real change across the business.

 Role & responsibilities; 

• Convert and merge large qualitative and quantitative data sets to generate actionable insight across the business

• Support the development and implementation of insights software platform 

• Ownership of generation and delivery of results to the business based on data driven improvements 

• Work closely with the customer experience team to champion the voice of the customer based on customer needs and expectations

• Generate and provide insight reports to key stakeholders to influence business decisions

Skills & experience: 

• Numerical OR Statistical Degree

• Excellent use of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PPT

• Highly numerate with experience in data manipulation 

• Excellent computer literacy and affinity for new scripting languages and technologies 

• Be an excellent communicator and possess and analytical mindset
