Forward Role is partnered with a dynamic B2B Manufacturing business, who are seeking a Marketing Director to spearhead their efforts in building brand awareness, enhancing business reputation, and further establishing credibility in the market.

In your role as Marketing Director, you will be at the forefront of shaping the organisation's identity and market presence. You will have the unique opportunity to craft a compelling corporate reputation and establish the business as a leader in their market segment. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding the Marketing team.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and strategies that effectively communicate the organisation's value proposition, enhancing brand awareness and credibility.

• Create and implement the annual marketing plan and budget to directly support business objectives, while also monitoring budget compliance and measuring ROI.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement successful go-to-market strategies.

• Identify industry trends and new market opportunities to shape marketing activities.

• Develop the corporate brand identity in consultation with stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities to expand the marketing department and secure necessary resources.

• Work alongside HR to recruit talent to maintain specialised skill sets within the teams.

• Continuously identify new revenue opportunities and devise implementation plans.

• Ensure clear communication of company marketing goals throughout the organisation, enhancing marketing outreach efforts.

• Foster strong and inspirational leadership across the team, representing the company's values and championing the leadership behaviour framework.

• Efficiently manage annual marketing budgets.

• Collaborate in defining, agreeing upon, and reporting performance against clear KPIs for customer acquisition and retention.

• Monitor, review, and report on marketing activities, results, and ROI.

• Regularly share strategies, progress, results, insights, and industry trends with the wider team.

• Motivate and inspire team members to achieve departmental objectives.

• Participate in the recruitment process for the Marketing department and determine employment levels.

• Evaluate the marketing team's performance through periodic reports.

• Oversee organisational development & training in alignment with departmental training procedures.

• Periodically review departmental standard operating procedures and propose improvements.

• Define Key Performance Indicators for different reporting department functions.

• Establish sub-teams within relevant departments and monitor team performance regularly.

• Fulfil other relevant duties as assigned by the CEO and Board of Directors.



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in marketing roles with a track record of successful campaign execution.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • Exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills.
