Our client is an innovative and entrepreneurial business who are lookig to appoint a Marketing Manager with strong automation, email nurture and acquisition experience to help drive their ambitious growth plans.
In a newly created role, you will be expected to provide the strategy, planning and implementation of all marketing activities through both online and offline channels. This also includes management of website, paid search and social media administration, utilising the support of a Web Executive, Social Media Executive, Email Executive and an apprentice.
Scope of Role:
Management of a team of four with plans to grow team
Full marketing budget management and responsibility
Creation and ownership of marketing strategy, ensuring delivery of plan on time and to budget
Planning and delivery of online marketing and automation across multiple channels including PPC, email nurture programme and social media
Management of website content and website selling approach, cross sales, etc.
Measurement and analysis of all marketing campaigns, optimising ROI
Development of marketing literature, including special offers, promotions, brochures, etc.
Production of professional content in house where possible, plus copywriting and proof reading of all marketing material
Ideally having a minimum of 5 years experience working within a full-mix marketing role
Educated to degree level or equivalent preferred
Must have experience of Marketing Automation systems (Marketo and/or Hubspot)
Looking for a bright and outgoing individual looking to get involved in a fast paced and innovative company
Must have experience of website management
Must have a positive attitude and be a good team player, able to manage and develop a team
Must be able to mix strategy, planning and hands-on delivery
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Adwords, PPC and SEO
Great attention to detail with excellent literacy skills
Excellent communicator, with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Customer focussed with an innovative and proactive approach
