A thriving company with a diverse portfolio of B2C and B2B brands are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to lead the digital, traditional, and indirect marketing efforts. Working alongside a dynamic and professional Marketing and Sales team, the successful candidate will have broad marketing and commercial experience, ideally in Consumer-Packaged Goods, Retail or Manufacturer businesses in the UK.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for both B2C and B2B brands, aligned with overall business goals.

Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, PPC and CRM.

Develop and implement the Web and Digital strategy for the sub brand websites

Oversee the creation of engaging and impactful marketing collateral, both in digital and traditional formats.

Develop the marketing budget with support from the Head of Marketing to support the indirect digital and print requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate product launches and promotional activities.

Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

Build and nurture relationships with key partners and stakeholders for effective indirect marketing initiatives.

Monitor marketing performance metrics and implement data-driven insights to optimise campaigns and drive ROI.

 

 

Skills:

Proven experience in both digital and traditional marketing roles, preferably in a B2C/B2B environment.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, PPC, CRM social media platforms, and analytics.

Understanding of brand awareness and how to achieve affective consumer engagement.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing campaigns.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
