Forward Role is looking for an experienced and passionate Marketing Manager to join a thriving industry leading organisation, who over the past couple of years have experienced exponential growth. The business has been servicing both the public and private sector for over 20 years, and they are now looking for a driven and dynamic B2B Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing campaign management and content strategies, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with the sales team to generate leads.
- Campaign Management: Lead and oversee all B2B marketing campaigns and content strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Management team to understand their needs and deliver results.
- Pitch Support: Provide essential marketing data to support the B2B Sales Team in their pitches, whether they are quick turnarounds or long-term tender processes.
- Multi-Channel Management: Oversee multiple marketing channels and stakeholders, including internal teams and external search agencies.
- Team Leadership: Manage a small, dedicated marketing team.
- Fast-Paced Experience: Proven track record of working in a fast-paced lead generation-focused business.
- B2B Campaign Management: Extensive experience in a B2B campaign management role.
- Sales Acumen: A background in B2B sales to understand the sales team's needs.
- Brand Management: Strong brand management skills.
- Digital Expertise: Proficiency in digital marketing, specifically social media.
- Market Recognition: Experience in building brand recognition within target markets.
- Strategic Thinker: An autonomous, driven individual who can connect the dots and see the bigger picture.
