Forward Role is exclusively partnered with a leading UK healthcare company, who is looking for a talented Marketing Manager to help drive business growth and own the B2B marketing strategies.
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the team deliver exceptional results to key audiences, working across a range of channels both online and offline, in addition to increasing referrals for the business.
You will be responsible for:
Develop a comprehensive annual plan and budget that outlines both online and offline activities, advertising initiatives, and marketing channels tailored to the B2B audience.
Oversee the improvement and execution of plans aimed at continually improving the referrals for B2B clients.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to create materials and campaigns that align with target audiences.
Work closely with other marketing managers to deliver exceptional events, as well as digital and offline marketing materials.
Establish objectives, targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) across all marketing channels and touchpoints to consistently optimise marketing performance.
Serve as the brand guardian for all external marketing activities directed towards B2B audiences, ensuring brand consistency.
Source, collaborate, and nurture strong relationships with creative, brand, and media agencies to maximise the effectiveness of marketing budgets.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the marketing team and strive to develop a best-in-class marketing plan.
Manage the annual budget, providing recommendations for improvements or investments where necessary.
What they’re looking for:
The ability to think strategically and own the marketing plan.
Experience in a B2B marketing role, with a proven track record in driving successful brand awareness.
Experience across all marketing channels and management of KPI’s.
Previous experience of overseeing a junior marketer or a small team.
Previous experience in managing annual budgets and working across a busy multi-channel marketing department.
