Marketing Manager

£40,000 - £50,000

North Manchester

Hybrid – 3 days in office per week

Do you have a proven track record in driving successful marketing campaigns?

Forward Role have exclusively partnered with a leading UK healthcare company who are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join their growing team. The role will focus on driving consumer brand awareness and contributing to the growth of the business.

About the role…

• Develop and manage consumer marketing channel strategy.

• Create and oversee annual acquisition and retention plans encompassing both online and offline activities, advertising, and marketing channels for their B2C audience.

• Ensure all touchpoints are supported with relevant marketing material to enhance the customer journey.

• Act as the brand guardian for all external marketing activities targeted at our consumer audiences.

• Work cross functionally with other teams to achieve full optimisation of marketing campaigns.

• Deliver consumer driven research & insights to enhance their experience across all marketing touchpoints.

• Set objectives, targets and KPIs across all marketing touchpoints to continually optimise marketing outputs.

• Oversee the marketing budget and ensure to consistently make improvements and innovations.

What they are looking for…

• Solid B2C marketing background managing multiple channels and touchpoints.

• A strategic thinker who is able to set clear objectives and oversee the full customer journey.

• Experience in campaign planning and brand strategy.

• Ideally you will have some experience in the healthcare industry.
