Forward Role is working with an industry leading business who is looking for a Marketing Manager to sit within its in-house agency. You'll be working on a range of projects and campaigns to generate great results for clients and reach key audiences, in addition to leading a friendly team. 

As the Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

• Develop and coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation
• Agree key client activity and KPI’s
• Budget management, ensuring good ROI from campaigns
• Collaborate with wider teams to develop campaigns via partnerships, emails, social media, paid media, SEO and events
• Reporting performance of campaigns
• Manage line reports, creating clear KPIs, training and development plans
