A leading computer and gaming business is looking for a Marketplace Manager to come in & excel their presence across channels such as Amazon in the UK & Europe. You will have extensive knowledge of various channels, playing a pivotal role in driving digital sales growth and enhancing the customer experience on said platforms. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to increase online sales, optimize conversion rates, and improve customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily PPC campaigns on the marketplace, tracking spending and providing performance reports.
- Oversee and update Amazon A+ enriched content to enhance product listings.
- Maintain and enhance the Amazon brand store, ensuring it stays up-to-date and analyzing its performance.
- Optimize individual and grouped listings, monitor rankings, and conduct analysis for improvement.
- Generate marketplace sales forecasts and reports to aid in decision-making.
- Devise and execute product promotions, handle marketing and pricing offers.
- Serve as the point of contact for account verification, support tickets, and escalations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage optimal online product media.
- Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure active and stocked Amazon inventory.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis, suggesting responsive strategies and identifying business opportunities.
- Explore innovative marketplace marketing approaches and present compelling business cases for implementation.
- Engage directly with customers across Marketplace and social channels.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Amazon Vendor and Amazon Seller platforms.
- Sound grasp of eCommerce business dynamics.
- Familiarity with various aspects of the broader marketing mix.
- Excellent communication skills for both external and internal stakeholders.
