We are looking for an exceptional Digital Marketing Manager to become part of a passionate, caring and highly customer-focused business. As the New Customer and Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Developing the data-led digital marketing plan, strategies, campaigns, content, and programs to achieve new customer acquisition and market share targets globally  
  • Producing and overseeing the search engine, email, social media, and remarketing strategy to generate sales from paid and organic marketing, also maintaining a high-performance website.
  • Deliver measurable multichannel digital marketing campaigns, owning new client CRM and marketing automation, including email, content, social media and all other digital channels.
  • Creating a clear messaging framework across new customers, markets and channels driving brand awareness, engagement, and new customer conversions in all markets.
  • Ensuring digital marketing processes and tools are in place to research, understand, and develop data-led marketing strategies and campaigns that win new customers in each targeted market
  • Monitoring, forecasting, and reporting progress, and using data analytics to initiate corrective action to continually improve the performance of new customer marketing and campaigns

You will ideally have the following skills and experience as the New Customer and Digital Marketing Manager:

  • An inspirational and enthusiastic expert digital marketing manager with 3-years’ experience.
  • Digital marketing practitioner with experience in owning new customer marketing campaigns, search and display advertising, search engine optimisation, social media marketing, CRM, databases, marketing automation, and analytical and tracking tools.
  • Expert hands-on experience using digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMRush, ZenDesk, Pure360, HootSuite, Screaming Frog SEO, or equivalent.
  • Degree educated with a Certificate or Diploma in Digital Marketing.
