Paid Media Business Director, Global Media Agency- Specialist Biddable Team, £70k
Forward Role are working exclusively with a global award winning media agency in Manchester City Centre who are renowned for their work with some huge instantly recognisable brand names. After impressive growth over the last year this agency is now looking for a Business Director to join their specialist biddable performance team.
It’s a unique proposition, as you’ll join a core team of around 10 highly talented individuals across PPC and Paid Social, yet will be part of a global agency network meaning you’ll have the feel of almost a consultancy type agency whilst being supported by an agency group.
Made up of a team of biddable specialists they are looking for a Business Director to support now from a strategic and new business perspective. Due to the amount of new business enquiries and pitches being won they are looking for someone who would like the opportunity to take a lead on any new leads that come into the agency group, formulating strategy, coaching new clients through the initial steps and building out their overall biddable strategy.
You’ll ideally have a background in PPC and/or Paid Social and will have the ability to use this knowledge to coach prospective clients through the teams approach to paid media performance.
As Business Director you’ll have…
- A proven career history of managing high-profile clients through paid media strategy and advising on the best way forward.
- You’ll be a confident communicator and a natural at leading meetings/calls with senior stakeholders.
- The role is commercially driven and they are looking for a Paid Business Director who loves being involved right from initial enquiry, through to on-boarding and the continued management of relationships.
You’ll work closely with both PPC and Paid Social Execs, Managers and Directors and will need a prior grounding in either PPC or Paid Social, using your knowledge to lead clients through their campaigns and direct the teams efforts to ensure ROI and results.
This role would suit someone who is maybe looking to take a move away from being as hands-on with day to day optimisation and more into wider paid strategy and new business/pitches.
The team are super relaxed, down to earth and a good bunch of people. You’ll work closely with the Director for the Manchester office, who is looking for a senior leadership hire who is confident in leading on large accounts but friendly and down to earth in their approach. It’s a unique proposition and alongside this hire they’re bringing another 5 biddable specialists on board, so there is a clear commitment and investment into the team. Flexible WFH is a given!
