Paid Media Executive

Salary up to £30k

4 DAY WORKING WEEK – Monday-Thursday 8.30-5.30pm

The digital marketing team is growing in line with the business at a rapid rate, and this brand newly created role will see the successful candidate work mainly on PPC, but supporting on testing a range of other paid media channels including social, display, Spotify, Tinder and more. Core responsibilities include:

  • Taking ownership of the PPC strategy across multiple brands
  • Defining strategies for both B2B and our end users to drive conversions and awareness
  • Improving the PPC customer journey and ad structures
  • Copywriting for ads
  • Continuously optimising conversion rates, CTR and CPC whilst utilising automation where possible
  • Providing weekly, monthly and campaign-specific performance reports using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Supermetrics and Data Studio
  • Conducting competitor analysis on a regular basis
  • Supporting the Paid Media Lead on the wider paid media strategy for our brands, including social, display, Spotify, etc. (50/50 split between PPC and supporting other paid media channels)

Your background:

  • Previous experience in a PPC role with budget management
  • Google Ads certified
  • Experience working with Google Analytics essential
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Previous beauty experience preferred but not essential
  • Experience working with paid social and display channels (including Facebook Ad Manager and DV360) preferred but not essential
