Their current partnerships with some of the biggest names in Sports are to be reckoned with, and after an insane few years of growth the team are now looking to off-board the accounts from agency and bring Paid Media in-house in its entirety – it really is an incredibly exciting time to join!

With the recent hiring of an exceptionally talented, friendly and down to earth Paid Media Manager, your role will be on the frontline of paid – supporting your Manager in setting up and on-going management of paid search and paid social campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, Pinterest, Display and various other channels as time passes and you both get your feet firmly under the table. They’re in a test and learn mentality at the moment, the Head of Performance is looking for a bright, ambitious and hungry Executive who would like automony and access to multi million pound annual paid accounts

Core responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with the Paid Media Manager on yearly strategy implementation across Paid Search and Paid Social channels.
  • Assist in the creation, management and reporting of Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns for core business site and also partner sites, with the support of the Paid Media Manager.
  • Optimise Search & PLA campaigns though bid management, search query reports and budget allocation, to maximise ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research, including traffic volume and costs, to identify potential keyword opportunities.
  • Analyse and interpret campaign data to create reports on campaign results for senior management and partners.
  • Collaborate with designers, to produce creative assets for campaigns.

Your skills & experience:

  • A minimum of 12 months paid media experience – whether this is paid social or paid search, in and in house or agency environment
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Adwords, Google Analytics and Google Merchant Centre.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager is preferred but not essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including V-Lookups and Pivot tables
  • Numerical, analytical and able to provide reports/insight on high-level data and delivery key important information.
