South Manchester – Hybrid working

Forward Role are excited to be partnering with an international brand that has taken the beauty market by storm, and are now a global player in the Beauty retail space after the past two years if impressive hyper-growth. We’re looking to recruit not one, but two brand new Paid Media Executives to help them build on their already remarkable success with the PPC and Performance channels being at the very heart of this proposed growth.

After the paid media (PPC, Shopping, Display and Paid Social) accounts have recently and successfully been off-boarded from agency and transitioned in-house, it’s time for a fresh team and international markets to go after! You’ll be spending 7 figures annually across the majority of the main search and social channels, and have the autonomy over your own set of accounts in their entirety as part of a small but high performing Paid Media team. If you’re a Paid Exec desperate to gain some experience and exposure to the wider acquisition mix, you really need not look further – these are for you!

Your day to day would look like:

  • Ownership and development of the overall paid media strategy and day to day implementation of campaigns across: PPC, Shopping, Paid Social, Display and YouTube.
  • Optimising activity frequently to ensure campaign spending is kept on track
  • Analysing and optimising campaign performance across various platforms
  • Reporting on campaign performance and providing actionable insights to the wider marketing and ecommerce teams
  • Using large data sets to analyse and create optimisation plans
  • Working closely with third parties like Google and Facebook to drive opportunities and test new products
  • Working closely with the wider digital marketing team to present the performance of the paid media channels, bringing insights and ideas to the table to support wider activities

Your skills & experiences:

  • 1+ years ‘hands on’ experience paid media campaigns – PPC is a must whilst paid social on top would be highly desirable
  • Experience using Google Analytics and paid platforms, such as Google and Facebook Ads, to review performance
  • Knowledge of tracking & tagging requirements/management
  • Able to think creatively to enhance campaign performance
  • A strong understanding of Google Ads and Analytics is required
