Paid Media Manager Hybrid

Salary up to £45k plus competitive bonus

Manchester City Centre – 1-2 days a week

Forward Role are exclusively supporting an established & reputable Professional Services firm as they look to in-house their paid media accounts from agency, and scale them as the candidate sees fit.

Working from the modern city centre offices once or twice a week, the role will see you support digital programs across a wide range of advertising platforms - Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Affiliates, GDN & others with the primary objective of generating high quality leads at an satisfactory CPA. You will be closely supporting the Head of Digital Marketing in developing the over-arching performance marketing strategy, and be the businesses go-to performance specialist.

Your day to day will look like:

  • Create and deliver paid search campaigns across multiple platforms e.g. Google, Bing, Display, Facebook, LinkedIn.
  • Tracking setup (including tracking script/pixel generation, goals and funnels setup)
  • Oversee and manage accounts and budgets on all platforms
  • Continual optimization and management of all paid for digital advertising
  • Review landing pages, advising on improvements and split page tests
  • Keyword mining, selection, analysis and audience targeting
  • Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels
  • Work hand in hand with our designer, content and legal teams to produce copy / creative and content that engage and convert our audience into enquiries
  • Keep pace with industry trends and developments

Your skills & experience:

  • Expert knowledge of Google Ads, campaign tracking, Google Tag Manager, Analytics, Bing Ads, Social Media Platforms such as Facebook Ads for Paid Social and Social Media reporting tools
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing and creating PPC/Paid Social campaigns in lead generation environment – candidates who have only ever working in an ecommerce capacity will unfortunately not be considered
  • Highly numerate with a strong attention to detail and ability to analyse large sets of complex data to use this insight and data to inform recommendations on campaigns, targeting, platform and creative
