Paid Media Specialist

Salary £35-45k + bonus + highly competitive benefits package

Farringdon, London (hybrid working)

As the business and client portfolio continues to grow from strength to strength, they are now looking for a talented, ambitious and ‘hands on’ Paid Media Specialist to build their clients employer brands and core responsibilities include:

  • Activating campaigns across Social Media, Job Boards, Search, Display, and many more

channels to drive results for our clients

  • Creating and presenting decks to clients to excite and educate clients and internal

stakeholders on the Paid Media strategy

  • Creating weekly/monthly reports and identifying patterns and insights to develop our

strategy using huge data sets

  • Working with content teams to deliver the best content strategies for campaigns - relaying

insights and ideas to the team

  • Optimising campaigns on a weekly basis to drive performance

Skills & experience required:

  • A minimum of 18 months hands on Paid Media (search or social) experience – either in house or agency

  • Confident with providing performance analysis and actionable insight to managers and other team members for your channels.

  • Hungry for more responsibility and exposure to new areas
