£30k - £45k

Based in Sheffield

We’re working with one of the largest retailers around, they already have a global presence and have heavily invested in digital and eCommerce during 2019 which set them up very well for their best trading year in 2020! As they’ve begun 2021 they are looking to bolster their marketing division with a couple of new digital hires due to 20% YOY growth. The business has brick and mortar stores globally, whilst trading across their new UK and international websites and marketplaces, we are looking for a Paid Media Manager to join the team to strategically manage in-housing all paid media activity for the business back in house. It’s a great time to joining as the business expands their online presence with the opportunity of hiring a PPC Executive or two in the future.

We are looking for an ambitious and talented Paid Search Manager to coordinate with the Head of Digital towards the PPC strategy and manage the implementation of paid search activities across PPC, Shopping, Display Marketing and Paid Social. You will be hands on with the paid channels look to generate efficient traffic and revenue.

As the Paid Search Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Take ownership of all paid search activity across multiple territories to maximise revenue and return on spend.

  • This includes Google Adwords, Google Shopping, Bing and paid social through Facebook and Instagram

  • Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across all paid media channels

  • Allocate the monthly budget across paid media channels in line with KPIs, forecasts and business objectives

  • Use insight tools to build social media audiences that convert

  • Regularly report on performance to find new opportunities

Key Skills of the Paid Search Manager:

  • Experience of successfully running PPC and Paid Social campaigns

  • AdWords certified

  • The ability to work in a dynamic, environment and be confident with a real desire to help drive company growth

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
