As their first ever internal PPC Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and developing their paid search marketing efforts across their B2C ecommerce websites after off-boarding the accounts from agency after a transitional handover period. With an annual paid search marketing budget of up to £7 million, you'll have the opportunity to drive efficiency, exceed sales targets, and contribute to their ongoing and growth through your paid search expert activations.

Your day to day will look like:

  • Managing campaigns and optimising bid strategies across multiple Search and Shopping platforms, including Google Ads and Bing.
  • Managing and optimising product feeds, including effective management of product feed management and experimenting tools.
  • Ensuring paid search budgets are effectively managed to achieve and exceed both sales revenue targets within the budgeted spend to sales revenue percentage.
  • Ensure paid search strategy and management is aligned to the company objectives including but not limited to market share growth.
  • Manage individual campaign budgets and bid strategies to optimise ROAS and CPA, ensuring applicable KPls are met and aligned to various product categories
  • Producing, testing and refining Ad Copy that is clear, engaging and maximises CTR from suitable target audiences
  • Understanding the target audiences and consumer behaviours, including the typical purchase journeys across multiple product categories and suitably optimising both low, mid and high funnel paid search campaigns.

Your skills & experience:

  • 4+ years’ experience operating managing Paid Search campaigns, eCommerce environments would be desirable but not essential
  • Demonstrable 'hands-on' experience operating multiple Paid Search and Shopping campaigns across both Google Ads and Bing
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills, capable of working both autonomously and as part of a wider team
  • Highly proficient using Google Analytics 4 and similar tools
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint with strong reporting skills or Google Sheets & Slides
