What do you look for in a job……

Fast career progression?

Market leading career development and investment in what YOU want to do moving forwards?

A great culture where there is no micromanagement and everyone genuinely gets on?

If like me, your answer is listed above, this could be the role for you so read on!

Here is a testimonial of Holly who is currently at the business:

“This is one of the hottest scale-ups in the UK, they have grown so fast since I’ve been here because people that join, never want  to leave. The career progression is great as is the personal development but my favourite part is the culture, even though we only see each other twice a week the time spent together is so fun, positive and collaborative!”

Due to over $185 million in funding so far by some leading investors in this space are looking for a PPC Manager/ Paid Search Manager who will be reporting directly to the Head of Acquisition Marketing and working as part of a small Paid Search team. They are looking for you to apply the Paid Media strategy for the brand and also be hands-on with the campaigns.

With the company currently at 250 people and the marketing team at 25 currently but that will soon be a lot bigger in the next couple of months you will have a real opportunity to own accountability for the acquisition performance and manage the end to end process.

What you’ll be doing

  • You’ll have at least 4 years’ experience in PPC either in DTC or B2B and ideally have a methodology built on research, testing, segmentation and a deep appreciation of customer experience and the wider market... with a constant push towards iteration and automation
  • You’ll be doing lots of A/B testing and have experience with growth experimentation frameworks and be excited to apply these techniques across multiple channels, always carefully tracking analysing and reporting your work.
  • You'll be analytical and very comfortable utilising tools such as GA4 and similar.
  • You'll be technically capable and confident to make changes in GTM to facilitate your analysis and ensure a strong data driven foundation. And where more complex, development level work is required, you'll be an excellent communicator, setting clear requirements and user stories for our product and engineering team to work with.
  • You enjoy using data to drive key strategic and tactical decisions, and be comfortable explaining your rationale - though also happy to be proved wrong when things don’t go as expected (that’s the fun of experimentation!)
  • You’ll doing both strategic thinking and the day-to-day execution (particularly while we're small). You'll be one of first hires in the marketing team, which means you won’t be afraid to get “stuck in” and get your hands dirty, whilst also building the future direction of the team

If this sounds like the perfect role for you then apply now as it won’t be around for long!
